Niramaya Ayurveda Centre is dedicated to preserving the integrity and wholeness of ancient tradition of Ayurveda since 20 years. Niramaya started in 1995 in Amravati (Maharashtra –India) and from 2012 it started giving its services to people in Faridabad, Haryana (Delhi –NCR).
It is mature/old enough to manage all types of diseases, difficult cases and young enough to adapt and acquire new technology and modifications. Niramaya Ayurveda center is practicing Ayurveda in its various forms using Panchakarma treatments (body cleansing), Panchbhoutik treatments (using the principles of basic five elements), Sookshma therapy (Medicinal potentiation), Panchgavya treatments (5 products of cow), Garbh sanskar (for pregnant woman), Swarnprashan (An Ayurvedic immunization).
Apart from treatment we prepare herbal medicine as per text, some on experienced base and some as per the need of patient.
Ayurveda is a science that not only addresses to bodily infirmity but encourage social spiritual, emotional and physically wellbeing. Following the objective of Ayurveda “Health and happiness for all” We are continuously working for betterment of people’s health.
1. We arrange camps, lectures, awareness program in society, school, colleges and institutions. Through awareness program, we educate general masses to maintain their health by food and lifestyle.
2. We conducted more than 60 camps for different diseases and seasonal cleaning (purification)
3. Organized regular free OPD and camps for the economically weaker section of society.
4. With intention to spread Ayurveda in its original form we trained many students in Panchakarma practicals and taught basic principle of Ayurveda free of cost.
5. For schools we undertook two projects of Ayurveda Vyas Peeth, i.e. "Khilti-Kali (Blooming buds)" and "Ayurveda in school education", to make them aware about Ayurveda concepts of life, food and its relativeness with health.
We treat with the holistic approach of Ayurveda to maintain harmony of body, soul and mind. We all are unique, every person responds differently to therapies so treatments are personalized as per patients sign, symptoms, constitution (prakriti), and doshas imbalance.
Healing is to try to maintain balance between tri doshas vata, pitta and kapha.
We not only treat diseases but emphasize on preventing disease and enhancing health, longevity, vitality and happiness.
1) Nidan Parivarjana - (Removal of causative factor) through detailed history we find out the causes and try to remove it or treat it.
2) Aahar Chikitsa - (Food regimen) we advice diet according to one’s disease and dosha.
3) Vihar Chikitsa - (Day and night regimen) whatever we do it has great impact on our body and doshas. So after taking detailed history we sort out the wrong one and regulate the day and night regimen.
4) Therapeutic treatments Again it has four parts
a) Shodhana Chikitsa (body cleansing):- It includes Panchakarma (body cleansing) it hastens healing process. It makes body more responsive to medicines and treatments.
b) Shaman Chikitsa (Palliative treatment):- Different combinations of herbs, single herb powders, decoctions, tablets, medicated oils, medicated ghritas(Clarified cow’s butter ), minerals, bhasmas(ashes) with various anupanas(to be taken with medicine to enhance its effect) like honey, warm water, butter milk, milk etc.
c) Rasayana Chikitsa (Rejuvenation) :- Rejuvenation as well as to avoid recurrence of disease. Ayurveda has a treasure of such wonderful herbs for rasayana purpose. We choose it as per disease, doshas, and patient’s constitution.
d) Satwavajaya Chikitsa (Mental health):- Satwavajaya- Satwa word refers to mind and Avajaya refers to conquering or win over. Hence it cumulatively means to have control over the mind and thus abstaining from things that are not good for the health.
All diseases are psychosomatic hence mental nurturing and spiritual healing is a necessary part of the treatment.
